Audiovisual coverage and distribution for the Goode Lectureship, May 13–15, 2026.
Operating across the Americas and Europe. We cover events, produce editorial content, and run distribution technology for brands in tech, science, and consumer sectors.
The Goode Lectureship is a 1.5-day medical-scientific event at Stanford with 70–90 attendees, held May 13–15, 2026.
We propose a three-day operation covering pre-production, on-site capture, and post-event delivery — including photo, video, testimonials, and a branded distribution platform for attendees.
On-site technical visit with Stanford's AV team. Venue reconnaissance, camera/light/audio setup planning, B-roll capture of campus and venue, final alignment with program coordination.
Three-person crew (photographer, videographer, producer). Full photo coverage, interviews and testimonials, daily recap video with express turnaround — publishable during the event.
Final photo package, branded aftermovies, interview library, and MKG Gallery — our distribution platform. Attendees find their own photos via facial recognition, delivered in under 24 hours.
Multi-camera capture of all lectures, soundboard-direct audio, individually edited masters per lecture.
All values in USD. Includes international travel, lodging, equipment, and end-to-end operation. Proposal valid for 15 days.
We've worked in the Bay Area recently (BSV event). We know campus AV protocols and institutional workflow.
Our deliverables are built to be used beyond the event — for recruitment, program promotion, and next year's outreach.
Distribution platform with facial recognition. Guests find their own photos instantly. Delivered in under 24 hours — not weeks later.
